Paper Submission Guidelines
1. Full length manuscripts with clear contribution and results should be submitted to the CMT platform. Conference accepts submission only through CMT.
2. Papers have to be submitted with the author names, email ids and affiliation of all contributing authors.
3. Papers should follow the perfect template which can be found at the link below.
4. The figures/tables presented in the paper should be clear and of high definition.
5. The references should be cited properly inside the paper and the referencing list should provide all sufficient details of each paper such as author names, title of the paper, name of the journal/conference/periodical/book, volume/issue number, pagination and year.
6. All the received papers will be screened for possible similarity, scope and ethical guidelines. The CTCS 2026 Program Committee regards plagiarism and ethical breach as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using plagiarism screening software and when identified, the submissions by the same author will be rejected at any stage of the conference even after the conference and after the publication of the proceedings.
7. All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
8. All the papers will be reviewed by at-least two independent peer reviewers.
9. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline. All camera ready papers must be prepared in conformance with reviewer report.
